Constructing your own heating elements can appear difficult, but our manual makes it easy for newcomers to get started. Start with basic equipment like a coil tool, wire cutters, and grippers. Choose a wire type, such as Kanthal wire, and coil it around the coil jig to form your filament. Tighten the bolts to fix the heating element and adjust its position with pliers. Next, verify the coil’s resistance with an ohm reader to confirm it’s within secure parameters. Once all looks good, insert a strip of wick material through the heating element and shorten the ends. Saturate the cotton with e-juice and reassemble the atomizer. Affix it to your mod and slowly increase the power to prepare the coil.
